A DAMSEL of many talents, Courtney is known for her business prowess and can be seen in bridging the creative chasm between Asia and the West for brands, agencies and creatives. Clients: Deloitte, Zara, Treasury Wine Estates, Castel Freres, Hoolah, Mercer and Make up Forever.

Lead Producer, Cherlyn, is a powerhouse on set; juggling projects ranging from TVCs to Social Media content on any given day. She is beloved by clients and has always been a vocal advocate for clients when they are tuning into set remotely. Cherlyn has a depth of experience in music-based clients.

Naj has been part of DAMSEL from day one. Her previous experience with production houses in locations from Singapore to New York have built Naj to be an integral part of the organization and operations of DAMSEL. Most clients will never see Naj, but you can find her in our studio, and behind the scenes, making sure our team is supported regardless of timezone or country code.
