Ainsley Burge
A truly global DAMSEL, Ainsley mastered her craft at iconic London agencies before setting off to slay dragons far and wide, from Amsterdam and LA to Hong Kong and Singapore.
Her adventure took her to JWT, Cayenne Dentsu, Ogilvy, and IRIS, where she led global, regional and local accounts for Shell, Canon, Coca-Cola and Diageo.
Working with incredible talent is what put the spring in Ainsley’s step along the way. Then as fate would have it, her path crossed with Courtney’s, and with a shared excitement, DAMSEL was born.
Her international mindset, local knowledge and experience overseeing every stage of the creative process means Ainsley is the glue that binds every DAMSEL production together, whether in Singapore or abroad. When you throw her killer organizational skills into the mix, we end up with lively, fun and uplifting productions that bring out the very best in the whole team.

Courtney Arcese
A DAMSEL of many talents, Courtney’s journey began in New York where she built multi-sensory experiences that merged the worlds of music, art, technology and storytelling.
She then travelled to Asia, producing and directing content across Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Cambodia and Macau for brands including Facebook, Deloitte, Zara, Treasury Wine Estates, Castel Freres, Hoolah, Mercer and Make up Forever.
Courtney’s winding career path led her to find a new passion — bridging the creative chasm between Asia and the West for brands, agencies and creatives.
Her extensive network of Singaporean talent means she can assemble a team of any size, with the skills to lead them on any type of project. By immersing herself in the local culture, she brings a level of comfort and security rarely found in cross-continental jobs. But there’s more to this story... Courtney has even been known to learn the basics of a Cambodian dialect before a shoot to help her connect with local crew — she’s one dedicated DAMSEL you want on your team.
Courtney wears many hats at DAMSEL — Creative Director, Co-founder, Director, Producer — but above all she’s a people person, and that shines brightly whether she’s behind the camera, in the boardroom or inspiring her team.
Najiha Zaimuddin
After spending endless hours as a Mediacorp producer, Najiha brings a deep knowledge and dynamic experience to all of our client’s video projects. As our internal Operations Manager, Naj’s role encompasses many of the backend tasks that are required for seamless productions, while her calm presence brings a level of ease to any shoot locally or abroad.
Kate Lee
As a female-led production house dedicated to nurturing future talent, we are excited to have Kate as our internal Production Coordinator. Her energy and enthusiasm towards the production world is palpable and she has quickly become an integral part to our growing team.
